I am a fitness addict; I have been since I was young. I have been teaching fitness, training clients, and coaching nutrition and health for the past 20 years. What motivates me is motivating you to live a happier healthier life.
I believe the choice to get and stay healthy is just that...a choice. It is a way of life that is accessible to everyone; that is the beauty of it. As a working mother of three, I also understand first hand the challenges of balancing healthy habits with a busy lifestyle. The Daily Workout is designed specifically to make achieveing this balance easier.
Every workout is pre-planned for you with clear video-based instruction, taking the guesswork and hassle out of keeping up a regular routine. The workouts are designed to achieve maximal results with minimal time commitment and incorporate a great variety of exercises to keep the workouts fun and fresh.
